  • Roswell, New Mexico

    UFO Museum, downtown Roswell

My colleague wore his headdress when he went to visit the museum got stared at by a lot of people. I've no doubt there aren't many Sikh in little Roswell.

I worried for his safety, because in Arizona some guy who wore a turban got killed by some dumb nut. But no one bothered my friend. The security guard at the museum kept shadowing us though. Even if my friend were a terrorist, I highly doubt the UFO museum in Roswell would be a prime target for terrorist activities.

A little birdie informed me that on July 4th, they have an annual Alien Festival. "People come from all over the country for it." Indeed.

  • Thank you for your encouraging words and for the hugs. It is always uplifting to hear from you. Many thanks and hugs back at you!

  • Ah, finally another sailor on xanga. Well what kind of sailing are you into? I enjoy club racing.. not too serious but still intense and fun and not to mention a great atmosphere with the rag tag group of boats and sailors we have..

anyways it seems like I'd enjoy talking to you, so if you're up to it

  • A UFO Festival sounds more interesting than the silly festivals we have in Texas, like Possum Festival, when they have a possum parade, complete with real possums.
